Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Split, Croatia.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout where applicable. Delivery times depend on the destination and the type of artwork ordered.

Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

POP FACTORY remains responsible for the artwork until it is delivered to you.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Framing

Unless otherwise stated, artworks are sold unframed.

Professional framing can be arranged on request. Please contact info@popfactory.art before ordering and paying so the framing options and additional cost can be agreed separately.

If you have already placed an order and would like framing, contact us as soon as possible. Framing may still be arranged if the artwork has not yet been prepared for shipment.

Artwork Care

Original artworks should be handled with clean, dry hands and kept away from excessive moisture, heat and direct sunlight.

Works on paper should ideally be professionally framed using suitable archival materials and protected behind glass or acrylic.

Avoid touching the surface of drawings, paintings or sculptures unnecessarily.
