Refund policy

For online purchases within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To request a return, contact info@popfactory.art within the 14-day period.

After notifying us, the artwork must be returned within 14 days. It must be returned carefully packed and in the condition in which it was received.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once the returned artwork has been received, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard outbound delivery in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. We may withhold the refund until the artwork has been returned or proof of return has been provided.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to artworks made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including personalised commissioned works.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the artwork and packaging. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
